The fast-rising R&B singer and performer Bubella has put out her latest single, “For You.” It’s the lead record of her forthcoming EP, a brilliant project which will confirm the young musician as a prospective superstar within Nigeria’s
buzzing music scene. “For You” is set within a knocking bass line that stirs a heated atmosphere complemented by percussions, reminiscent of battle drums. When Bubella’s sweet vocals come in, stating her intent to fall in love, strings and swooning keys fall in place as well.

Born Greg Blessing Chidebube in August 1996, Bubella is the second of three children.
When she was young, she always was surrounded by music and over time these crystallized into her passion for art. Trained as a vocalist by her mother, she picked up sonic influences from around the world and would later join The Revelations, a musical group that proved invaluable in honing her talents for a period of four years. By 2018 her formal education in music continued through Bubella registering at the Tenstrings Music Institute, a foremost institution reputed for shaping outstanding talent.
A skilled player of the guitar and piano, Bubella possesses a distinct voice that permeates her songs (which are mostly self-produced) like warm milk.
