Fuga The Pirate “On The Run” from costly love.

Fuga the Pirate’s tale of a situationship turned toxic hits home with his new single “On The Run”. We’re invited to ride the waves of this afro house single as the singer introspects on drunken nights of lust and the costs of love making the pirate moniker all the more fitting.

“On The Run” is Fuga the Pirate’s first single off his upcoming and long awaited second EP “White African” dated for November 13th.
Fuga the Pirate is a producer turned songwriter who has no difficulty standing out.

He first gained recognition in 2015 with the release of his debut EP “The Culture Man”, an alté staple, with guest appearances that featured AYLØ, Lady Donli, Bolaji Fuga, Odunsi, Tim Lyre, Zirra, and Ozone and production credits from the industry’s brightest young talents. His music style can be described as “Afro-Fusion”, as he is not afraid to blend and borrow from genres, particularly 90’s and 00’s R&B, a trait which he says earned him the moniker “Pirate of the R&B seas” amongst his frequent collaborators.
