After putting out two singles in 2021 and closing off their ‘For All the Good Times’ chapter, the Ghanaian indie collective: SuperJazzClub, are opening 2022 with the acoustic-bossa nova-inspired: ‘MAD’; a song that shares a story about anger with a contrast of the innocence of childlike vocals over chill guitars and mellow drums.

The release of ‘MAD’ will see SuperJazzClub embarking on a year-long commitment to a four-part story told via a series of EPs, supported by a short film later on in the year. ‘MAD’ will be accompanied by a music video and a couple of video skits that tell the story of a group of delinquent friends who have found solace in each other and live life by their own rules; a life that is void of empathy and filled with drugs, crime, and violence, amongst other things.
The collective seeks to expand their reach with their new audio-visual direction of storytelling.
