DJ Holmes is a Nigerian-born Disc Jockey (DJ) whose skills on the wheels of steel are highly unrivaled and the co-founder of a creative collective. “Groovy Worldwide”. Victor Adegoke cites his experiences in life as one of the biggest influences in his pursuit of a career as a DJ. Growing up as a drummer boy in church, Holmes has always been musically inclined, as the art tends to always light up his soul. Holmes kicked off his career in 2020, already having one mixtape to his name, titled ‘GOODVIBESONLY’. At an early stage in his career, he’s gotten to play at certain big stages in the industry, including Evening with Consequence at Landmark Beach, Lagos, and at the Nameless Event in BLVD Lounge, Lagos, which he co-organized.
DJ Holmes is set to release another mixtape titled ‘Potion’, a 30minutes-long project which comprises the South African originated genre – Amapiano, which is currently making waves across the continent. For DJ Holmes, this is a very special project, as it’s another opportunity for him to marvel the world with his incomparable abilities.
